Cantine Gourmet

Cantine Gourmet is the original aperitif to discover the wine tradition of Aosta Valley and the tasty dishes of the cuisine of Cogne, combined with music and tradition.

FRIDAY
The protagonists of this food and wine tour are the wine producer of Aosta Valley. About ten restaurants in the town centre and in the village of Cretaz will open their doors to savour the best local wines paired with the dishes of the "Cogneintse" tradition, from Soça to Favò, from cured meats to confectionery delicacies.
Stroll around the alleys with a view on the Gran Paradiso massif or take the "Wine-express" to avoid driving and live an eco-friendly experience.

SATURDAY
Visit the local farms, on foot or riding a bike, together with expert trekking guides or Mountain-Bike instructors. There you will be able to savour delicious dairy products combined with the beers of Aosta Valley.

SUNDAY
Live cooking in a unique location with tasting of the creative dishes, from the Garden to the table.

THEMED MENUS
Saturday and Sunday it will also be possible to take a break in the restaurants that will create special menus for this occasion, reinventing old recipes combined with local wines.
