The apartment LES LOISIRS is arranged on two floors with a living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom on the first floor, whereas the entrance, two bedrooms and a second bathroom are on the ground floor, for a total od 5+1 beds (one bedroom with 2 beds, one with bunk bed + one single room with handy extractable bed).

The two floors are linked through an internal spiral staircase. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, TV, balcony and terrace, garage; the apartment is located in a block of flats 50 m from the museum of the mines of Cogne (on the old road to Gimillan), in a sunny location with view over the Valnontey massif.

The apartment is rented weekly, expenses included (heating, gas, lights, hot water), bedding and towels supply, cleaning at the end of the stay, etc. Tourist tax excluded.

It is possible to rent the apartment for longer periods upon agreement.
