Only the best meats, hand-picked from the farmyards and barns of the Aosta Valley and Piedmont, are used to make specialties such as local delicacy carne messata and mocetta – premium beef seasoned and dried for 10 days. You’ll also find cheeses such as fontina, ready-mix risottos, polenta and sauces. Visit Marco Jeantet's butcher's shop a few meters from the Church, to discover the other excellent products on offer.
