Lou Tsaven de Noutra Tera is a little grocery store, the point of sale of the products of Garin farm of Gimillan. In the local dialect (patois), “lou Tsaven” indicates the basket for vegetables, fruits and other food, an object that was always present in every peasant family. This "agri-market" of culinary delights of Aosta Valley offers local farming products, selectioned and tasted with care: cheeses, yogurt, jams, wines, flours, chocolate and much more.
