Giorgio Elter's farm and shop Le Motte, founded in 2007 in Gimillan when Giorgio and family reclaimed abandoned farms at over 1,700 meters above sea level produces and sells organic fruit, vegetables and herbs. Visit the Elter family at their shop in one of Cogne's old bakehouses, a few meters from Sant’Orso Parish Church.
