Since 2010 Massimiliano Garin has been managing his farm in Gimillan at 1.800 m a.s.l. In order to obtain quality products, he uses agricultural production methods that promote sustainable cultivated lands, respecting the alpine environment and animal wellness.
Massimiliano also safeguards local customs by carrying on the tradition of mountain bovine breed and participating to "Batailles de Reines", the bloodless cow fights typical of Aosta Valley.
