of the Processing, informs you pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree 30.6.2003 n. 196 (in
hereinafter, “Privacy Code”) and of the art. 13 EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (later,
“GDPR”) that your personal identification data (name, surname, company name,
address, telephone, e-mail, activity carried out, company size) provided via the
website www.cogneturismo.it will be processed for the following purposes
Management of contact requests. Exclusively to follow up on one
formal response to the questions asked in the relevant contact forms, if present, or
via email to the contacts specified in the dedicated section. Sending is optional,
explicit and voluntary email to the addresses indicated on this site
involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary for
respond to requests, as well as any other personal data entered in the
missive.
Your personal data will be processed both on paper and electronically
(where ‘processing’ means the operations indicated in Article 4 of the Code
Privacy and art. 4 no. 2 GDPR and precisely: collection, registration,
organisation, conservation, consultation, processing, modification,
selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, block, communication,
deletion and destruction of data).
For the purposes described above, the data will be stored, unless the interested party
does not explicitly express its desire to remove them, as long as they exist
necessary with respect to the legitimate purposes for which they were collected and in any case
no later than 12 months, after which, if no longer necessary, they will be deleted. The data
may be made accessible to employees and collaborators of the Owner in their own way
as persons in charge and/or responsible for data processing and/or system administrators,
the list of which is kept and consultable at the registered office of the Data Controller.
Any subsequent purchase of products and services offered by the Owner will result in
the sending of new information which will specify the type of treatments carried out, the
purposes thereof, the obligatory nature of the provision for contractual purposes or for
comply with applicable legislative provisions in force, the period of
data storage, indication of the subjects to whom the data may be
transmitted.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
In your capacity as an interested party, you are entitled to the rights referred to in the art. 7 Code
Privacy and art. 15 GDPR.
